WOW …Just WOW *_*

OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS HE IS BEAUTIFUL.

*fangirl mode off*

True story time with Ella.
When I was in NYC with my BFF Resa over the summer (the second time, after I got back from Spain), we staked out a White Collar shoot because they tend to film on location, we were in the area, and, it was my last day in town and could use the fun. And because we think Matt Bomer (Neal Caffrey) is gorgeous.
This is where we stalked staked out the shoot. Manhattan Motorcars, official dealership for Lams, Ferraris, and other luxury cars, on 11th Ave in Chelsea. That brick building across the street was our homebase for a good hour and a half, and yes, we were actually successful. For the most part.
There’s a cute little fashion boutique right across the street, and while Resa was talking with the girl at the desk trying to not make it look like we were stalking a TV shoot, I caught a glimpse of Matt Bomer himself, in all of his tall, handsome, dark-haired glory, right in front of the window, about two meters from where I stood. I did the only thing I knew how to do at that point, which was to nudge Resa, point her in the direction of the window, and the both of us nearly squealed collectively.
Unfortunately neither of us got any pictures, but, success was had, in the fact that we were there to stalk Matt, and did end up seeing him. From the back, but it’s better than nothing. He is tall, that hair is beautiful in real life (can I run my fingers through it, pretty please?), and, well, he’s Matt Bomer. ’Nuff said.
Went to the mall, even though the only stores we went to were Best Buy and Borders. And my parents and I can spend hours there. ^^
Anyway, I like to go to the travel section and look at travel guides for Spain and Barcelona (and occasionally peruse the Spanish phrasebooks…I like to critique them xD). I was looking through the Fodor’s Guide to Barcelona and randomly opened it, and SAW THIS.
IN A TRAVEL GUIDE.
LIKE.
I almost dropped the book to the ground I was in so much shock in seeing him in there. LIKE. OKAY.
And then I almost squealed in the half-empty bookstore all “HEY WHAT’S UP THERE, XAVS, WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN A TRAVEL GUIDE” and kind of announcing it to the entire world.
But I didn’t.
I just snuck in a picture instead. Ohoho.

Holy Guacamole,
it’s PEP GUARDIOLA
PEP GUARDIOLA
—-
Not a Barca fan, but I gotta admit.
Pep is one hot man!
He looks like Yoann Gourcuff here. O.O

Unlike the statement above, I AM a fan.
Je hotness is too much.

This is why I had a (albeit small) crush on him back in the day.
Om nom nom.

Panoramic view of the Nou Camp.

Even if you’re sitting up in the nosebleeds and can barely see the numbers on the players’ backs, watching a match in this stadium is an incredible experience. It’s like the entire stadium shrinks, you can see everything, and yet you are still completely aware of how massive the space you’re in is.
Took this at the FCBotiga Megastore with my cellphone. ^^

Sala major de la Palau de la Música Catalana, dissenyat per l’arquitecte Lluís Domènech i Montaner

MY FAVORITE BUILDING IN ALL OF BARCELONA. THIS IS THE ONLY BUILDING THAT I WAS WILLING TO SHELL OUT 10€ FOR (most of Gaudí’s buildings are around 8€, at least that’s student pricing, and the Palau cost 12€ without student discount…which I got despite not being a student anymore ;D). LIKE. THE AMAZING AWESOMENESS OF THIS BUILDING IS BREATHTAKING. I ALMOST CRIED IN THE TOUR WHEN THEY SHOWED WHAT THE PIPE ORGAN SOUNDS LIKE IN THE ACOUSTICS. LIKE. LEGIT ALMOST CRIED.
AND YES THIS MERITS ALL CAPS BECAUSE I JUDGE EVERYONE WHO DOES NOT GO TO THE PALAU DE LA MÚSICA CATALANA WHEN THEY ARE IN BARCELONA. (Not really. Most people just don’t know it exists. *tear*)
Nothing against Gaudí, he’s just everywhere. He’s all people think of when they think of Barcelona, and the city, the city’s Modernist past, is so much more than that. Domènech i Montaner (and even Puig i Cadafalch, who designed the Casa Ametller next to the Casa Batlló that people just seem to ignore, which makes me a very sad panda) are JUST as amazing and impressive as Gaudí with far less renown. I do enjoy Gaudí’s work. I do. But I also think that Domènech i Montaner and Puig i Cadafalch should get more love.
I JUST LIKE TO STARE AT MY TICKET AND SMILE BECAUSE I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS BUILDING IT ALMOST HURTS.
I want to see a concert there so bad. ;_______________________;
“¿Te llevas bien con los jugadores del Madrid?”

[“Do you get along well with players on Real Madrid?”]

Tanta parada.”

[“Yeah, well, with one of them I get along very well, like Iker Casillas, we’ve known each other since we were 16, 17 and we were on the U-17 Spanish national team together, we played a U-17 World Cup together, later on the U-20 World Cup, with Iker… Iker’s a pest. I’ve gone to all the tournaments with him, in all competitions, and it’s a shame he’s on Madrid and that he stops a lot of goals. A shame. But oh well, that’s how it is, he’s my friend, really, but a lot of times he gets on my nerves. All those saves.”]

xDDD I love Xavi explaining to kids, most of whom are Barça fans, his relationship with Iker. xD

“Pinto faked the ref’s whistle to throw off Santin”

So that was why Santin stopped mid-run to the goal when he was in fact, not offsides, making himself look like a fool. xD I WAS WONDERING WHAT WAS UP WITH THAT. Oh, Pinto. xD

This man, he is beautiful. I don’t fangirl much anymore, at least in public, but I will probably always fangirl him. Because on a purely physical basis, he is beautiful. I know he’s married and has two kids, and I think his wife is fierce and awesome and they are one of the most adorable couples ever and I do honestly hope they stay together forever despite the fact that they got married when he was like 24 which is younger than me right now but that’s beside the point. Anyway.
David Villa, why in the world are you so beautiful?
Yes, even with the soulpatch. I actually think it looks really good on him. So sue me.
