I have two options for the clásico on Monday.

1. Stay at home (my parents are probably going to be out running errands) and try to get connection on the craptastic internet.

2. Go to a bar all by myself to watch it.  Where I will be surrounded by guys who will probably be wanting to feel me up, who will be hitting on me (a girl in a sports bar who actually knows her football?  OOOOOOH), and who will also be freaking me right out.

If I were more outgoing Option 2 would be the most attractive, but I am seriously terrified at the prospect of being alone around all those guys like that.  :(  I could hope that since it’s Monday there won’t be many people out, but…it’s the clásico.  I saw the CL final on a Wednesday in Manhattan and the place was packed.  So…

There is an Option 3, to go with my parents, but that would mean missing the match entirely, and, just, do not want.

And I don’t know if I want to go over to watch it with my brother and all those guys either.  *sigh*

  1. ninamat a dit : I have the same dilemma. Actually, a girl friend of mine is willing to go to a bar with me but she is totally uninterested in football, I don’t think it makes any difference if I’m with her or alone. Think it’s going to be just me and my laptop. :/
  2. wordsandviolence a dit : CL final was on Saturday this year! We saw Portugal-Spain on a Wednesday! But, I think #2 would be best. No drinking’d be better!
